Why do people trust us to repair expensive equipment?
Experienced engineers
The equipment is repaired by specialists with over eight years’ experience. This is not a general repair service, but a team that specialises in working with cosmetic devices
Processing speed
We have our own spare parts warehouse. We carry out routine maintenance within 1 day, and standard repairs take 2–5 days. Complex repairs take from 5 working days
Professional Laboratory
We use professional equipment and test benches: oscilloscopes, power meters, and tools for adjusting optics.
Multi-brand service
We service equipment from most manufacturers on the market. We operate strictly in accordance with technical regulations and do not resort to unprofessional, makeshift solutions
How do we work?
- You can submit your application on the website or by phone
- We are troubleshooting the fault remotely
- You can send the device by post or deliver it yourself

- checking the device’s performance and functions
- Checking the applicator and laser emitter
- testing the output power of the applicator
- cooling system testing
- checking power supplies
- calibration of power supplies
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The most vulnerable component is the applicator (diode stack). Power supplies and control boards are also frequently affected by power surges or overheating. Replacing the entire handpiece is expensive, so we offer component-based repairs for diode lasers and selective replacement of the diode stack. This saves you a significant amount of money and time. All work begins only after a thorough hardware diagnostic check.
To protect yourself against sudden equipment breakdowns and the loss of customers, we recommend carrying out a full service on your diode laser once every six months. This includes cleaning the cooling system, replacing filters, checking connectors and testing the output power.
We carry out component-level repairs on laser equipment of any complexity. Our main services include: refurbishment and replacement of diode stacks (bars), calibration of laser drivers, replacement of xenon lamps (photo/elos), repair of control boards, cleaning of chillers, repair of connectors and adjustment of optics.
We operate throughout Europe. Our main service centers are located in Kraków, Prague, and Dnipro. You can securely pack the equipment (or handpiece) and ship it to us via any convenient carrier. After diagnosis, we’ll go over all the details with you, repair the device, and send it back along with a warranty card.
