RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning products purchased from laser-technology.eu. It applies in addition to your statutory rights under EU consumer law and the law of your country of residence.
1. WHO THIS APPLIES TO
This Return Policy applies to all customers who purchase goods through laser-technology.eu and ship them to a delivery address within the European Union or the European Economic Area.
2. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
2.1 If you contract with us as a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a person you designate other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. This right is provided by Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision to:

You may use the standard withdrawal form set out in Annex I of Directive 2011/83/EU, but this is not required.
2.3 The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14-day period expires.
3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
3.1 If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal.
3.2 We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
3.3 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
4. RETURN OF THE GOODS
4.1 You must send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.
4.2 You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Because of the nature of laser equipment (size, weight, sensitive components), return shipping costs may be substantial.
4.3 The goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete and undamaged, with all accessories and documentation. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
(a) goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
(b) sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened consumables, sterilised tips);
(c) contracts where you act as a business customer (B2B); statutory warranty rights still apply, but no 14-day right of withdrawal.
6. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
6.1 If the goods you received are defective, damaged in transit or do not match the order, contact us within a reasonable time at info@laser-technology.eu with a description of the issue and photographs.
6.2 We will arrange repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate under the statutory warranty (typically two years for consumer sales under Directive (EU) 2019/771).
6.3 Return shipping for confirmed warranty cases is at our expense.
