These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of laser-technology.eu and any purchase of products or services from us. By placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

laser-technology.eu sells professional laser and electrolysis hair-removal equipment to business customers (B2B). We also provide installation guidance, technical training and service support in Poland, the Czech Republic and across the European Union.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

3.1 Product descriptions, prices and availability shown on this website are an invitation to treat and do not constitute a binding offer.
3.2 A binding sales contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse an order if the product is unavailable, the price displayed is incorrect, or we are unable to verify the buyer’s information.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1 All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Accepted payment methods will be presented during checkout.
4.3 Where bank transfer is selected, the order is processed once payment is credited to our account.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 We deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.2 Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon hand-over of the goods to the carrier.
5.3 Shipping costs and incoterms will be confirmed in the order confirmation.

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

6.1 New equipment is supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty, the terms of which are provided with the product documentation.
6.2 Statutory warranty rights under the law of the buyer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
6.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
6.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)

7.1 If you contract with us as a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@laser-technology.eu of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, product descriptions, logos and trademarks on this website are protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. PERSONAL DATA

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

10.1 These Terms are governed by Polish law, with the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer’s country of residence remaining unaffected.
10.2 For consumer disputes, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
10.3 The competent supervisory authority for data protection is the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, https://uodo.gov.pl) or the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, https://www.uoou.cz).

11. AMENDMENTS

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment your order is placed applies to that contract.
